This version of the website is hosted on the private Aneta server, managed by M.E.A MUZIK EXPORT ASSOCIATION at the address above. Domain-name and email services are provided by OVHcloud.

Your data

Contact-form information is used to answer your enquiry. Order details and contact information are used to process payment, delivery and customer service. Orders and supporting records are retained according to applicable legal obligations.

Newsletter subscription is optional, with an unchecked opt-in box and email confirmation. Buying an item or sending a message does not subscribe you. Unsubscribing stops further newsletters; information required to respect an objection may be retained.

Shop data is stored in the private database and its backups. Emails use OVHcloud. PayPal and, when selected, Apple Pay process payments; the website does not retain full card numbers. Internal Pushover alerts do not include a visitor’s name, email address or message text. Visitor contact details are not sold.

To request access, correction, deletion or exercise another applicable data right, contact mea@meddygerville.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
